The pure, freeze dried shark cartilage contained in this product is a natural source of chondroitin sulfate, which is a key structual component in human cartilage. Chondroitin also plays an important role in the maintenance of joint cartilage.*

Shark Cartilage is an acidic mucopolysaccharide / protein complex that also contains collagen, glysonsaminoglycans, including chondroitin sulphate A, 1 and C.
