1st: It means our facility has been audited, and determined Kosher. This is so exciting to us, because only the most disciplined facilities, dedicated to stringent process for product handling, manufacturing, and cleaning, are even considered, much less allowed to qualify as an officially "Kosher Certified" facility.

This means all our customers get to enjoy that extra assurance of quality.
