Active ingredients: Arnica montana 30C.
DIRECTIONS: Adults & Children (2 years and older), turn tube upside-down and twist cap to break seal and release pellets. Using cap place 3 pellets to dissolve under the tongue, three times a day or as needed. For best results, take at least 15 minutes before or after meals.
